I disagree about the idea that real estate is a bad investment. It has been my only monetary investment. I bought a fixer out in the country 20 years ago that I have lived in for a fraction of what people pay rent on and also eat from my food forest,.yes I pay tax but thats cheap compared to rising rent cost. Also I can sell now at 5x my original cost of the property.I did take out a 30 year loan but payed it in 15. It was only 500 a month.Another perk was my credit is great from having real estate. Keep up the content I’m a fan of your other channel.
